  • All information acquired by us through background checks, reference checks, and other confirmation procedures for selection in this business.
  • History of application / participation in this business and results in recruitment adoption.

Personal information acquired by us may include information related to gender, health condition, nationality, etc. (collectively, “sensitive information”). The provision of sensitive information is voluntary, and we will only obtain sensitive information with the prior consent of the applicant. The acquired sensitive information is used to improve our business processes, including improving diversity in finding employment and changing jobs, to ensure the aptitude (assignment, etc.) and ensuring health, and to support the acquisition of necessary entry visas and work permits. 4. Provision for third party

We will not provide any information to a third party without the consent of the applicant, except in the following cases.

  • In accordance with the laws of Japan
  • When it is necessary to protect the life, body or property of a person and it is difficult to obtain the consent of the applicant
  • When it is particularly necessary to improve public hygiene and it is difficult to obtain the consent of the applicant
  • Although it is necessary to assist for national institutions or local public organizations or commission employment agents in carrying out the affairs stipulated by law, it will be processed with permission from applicants.

5. Share information with third-party

We may outsource all or part of the handling of personal information to a business consignee to the extent necessary to achieve “2. Purpose of use of personal information”. At that time, we will thoroughly examine whether the person meets the contractor selection criteria set by the Company and ensure that personal information is properly managed when making a contract. In addition, the business consignee may include a third party in a foreign country stipulated in Article 24 of the Personal Information Protection Law, such as a cloud service provider in a country other than Japan, in which case it is within the range necessary for business consignment.
